According to Meta, activities on Threads now shape how posts appear on Instagram Feeds. This means that staying active on Threads can enhance visibility on Instagram. For example, if you actively share updates and engage with followers on Threads, this activity will help your Instagram posts gain more exposure in your followers' feeds.
However, Instagram's algorithm also prioritizes content based on a combination of users’ interactions and the popularity of their posts. Your activity, including likes, shares, and comments impacts what appears at the top of your feed. For instance, posts you’ve engaged with frequently are more likely to appear prominently. The algorithm also considers the engagement level of a post itself, such as the number of likes, comments, and shares it receives.
Additionally, your past interactions with a poster also determine how posts appear. If you’ve frequently interacted with a particular account, their posts are more likely to appear at the top of your feed.
